  • Anil Brahmaniya

    Vice President

    A post graduate degree holder in marketing from a reputed B school in the University of Delhi, Anil also brings in comprehensive six sigma understanding in the BPO domain. In the past, he has managed large National and Regional roles with cross-functional capability in Quality, Operations, Training, Migration, MIS, Admin, Pre-Sales and IT. Having worked with companies like Aegis Ltd, Serco and Orion Dialog he has large multi-domain & location experience, along with vast knowledge in Business Excellence consulting and IT solution designing.

    In his past avatars, he has been instrumental in improving performance in Quality, Agent C-SAT, Complaints percentage, Attrition, IVR Satisfaction, E-Sat and profitability. Over the years, he has developed a keen data driven approach with focus on process level improvement to control the variations at floor level. During his tenure at 1POINT1, the organization has seen considerable and consistent progress.

  • Abhijeet Dutta

    Associate Vice President

    With over a decade at 1POINT1, Abhijeet has emerged as the people’s man of the organization. He has been an active part of the company and the management team while leading new initiatives throughout. He leads the Delhi center in the capacity of an AVP and his key responsibility is to drive operational excellence, improve processes and ensure client satisfaction.

    Abhijeet has managed sales, collections and customer service for domains like- E-commerce, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Consumer Durables, and Travel. Starting from 2000, his career at 1POINT1 has seen remarkable achievements- from winning his organization the Best Position trophy consecutively for 4 years, to consistently exceeding customer expectations as the Head of the BFSI segment.

    His move back to Delhi made his foray in customer service and collections where he single-handedly delivered optimum results with 1000 live seats. As he led Mumbai and North India before, Abhijeet will continue to lead the Delhi site from the front, and deliver exceptional results.

  • Gajendra S. Chilwal

    Associate Vice President

    Gajendra has over 18 years of experience in Business Process Management in Telecommunications, Aviation, Consumer Durables, DTH and BFSI segments. In the past, he has worked with companies like Spice BPO, Mobilink, Omnia BPO, Tech Mahindra, Spanco and ISON BPO.

    He is a strategist in the telecom domain with experience of working for all leading telecom companies in India on Customer Life Cycle Management projects. He has run large cross-functional teams across multiple locations, operating in dynamic scenarios of continuously progressing business metrics and ever-fluctuating targets, while delivering on revenue and profitability.

    During his tenure at 1POINT1 over the past year, both the centers have seen consistent growth.

  • Suresh Thakur

    Sr. Operations Manager

    Suresh has recently joined as Sr. Manager at the Gurgaon site where he handles the E-commerce business for the center. He is a result-oriented leader with successful experience of over 11 years in Team Management, Training & Development, Process Management, Operations Management and CRM. He has previously worked for Telecom & E-commerce businesses and is equipped with HPMT certification and Green Belt training. His experience covers developing procedures and service standards for Business Excellence.

    A thorough professional with a proactive attitude, he generates new design solutions and ideas while nurturing the inbound business. He possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in team management, customer relationship management and strategized planning.

  • Zain Baeshin

    Sr. Operations Manager

    Over the year and a half, Zain has handled operations across various portfolios such as E-commerce, Telecom, Home Appliances and Travel. Along with over 10 years of business acumen, he has record achievements in Operations Support, Service Delivery and Process Design & Transition under his belt.

    Zain has acquired excellent client management and satisfaction skills, with timely delivery of SLAs. He has achieved an impeccable track record of end-to-end management of Inbound Voice, Non-voice & Back Office Processes. In the capacity of the Senior Manager of Operations, he heads multiple portfolios including Budgeting, Planning and Project Execution at a Pan-India level.

  • Jeeth Kumar

    Sr. Operations Manager

    A new member of the1POINT1 team, Jeeth has joined the organization as Center Head for Bangalore. As the Senior Manager, his key responsibility is to drive operational excellence, improve processes, enhance site profitability and ensure client satisfaction. His strength lies in transitioning new projects, designing and implementing superior methods for desired results.

    Jeeth has extensive experience in domains and verticals such as Telecom, Travel, DTH, BFSI, & E-Governance. He has led many process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency in overall operations across diverse cultures and geographic locations, towards the accomplishment of comprehensive objectives.

  • Natesh Gujjar

    Operations Manager

    Natesh is an innovative and result-driven leader whose strength lies in achieving exceptional results in highly competitive environments that demand continuous improvements. He has extensive experience in varied verticals like Telecom, BFSI, Collections, Retention and E-Governance. Natesh is a Strategist in telecom domain with experience in Customer Lifecycle management projects.

    After joining 1POINT1 in 2012, has been a part of all project transitions in Bangalore and has been instrumental in building the Bangalore team from scratch up to its current scale.

  • IrfanSirKazi’


    Irfan began his association with 1POINT1 in 2011. He manages and leads the IT Service Delivery Operations for Mumbai and Bangalore centers, as well as managing Network Operating Center (NOC) operations. He also plays an active role in Technology Pre-Sale activities, Technology Solution designing, Project Transitioning for domestic projects.

    Irfan is a Computer Engineer with an MBA (IT) and a Certified Project Professional. Out of his 14 years of technology experience, more than a decade has been in Call Center Technology Infrastructure with specialization in Voice/ Telecom technology for various international and domestic BPOs.

  • Hetal Jethva


    A new entrant in the organization, Hetal brings 11 years of rich experience in Training and Operations. Her current role focuses on Internal Talent Development, Strategic Positioning of Training Practices and leading large scale training consulting projects to meet business expectations. She is also responsible for continuous improvement of learning processes by incorporating best practices, and collaborating with business stakeholders to design and implement innovative training solutions.

    Hetal has extensive experience with respect to Training in all sectors like Telecom, BFSI, Consumer Durables & Utility, E–Commerce, Travel, Customer Service Skills, and Sales. She has been associated with the BPO world for the last 10 years and has previously worked with Reliance.

    She has all round experience in Training & Content development, ranging from delivery of training modules, developing training content, managing and leading a team of Trainers & Content developers, to Employee Engagement activitie.

  • Jivesh Raj


    Jivesh has been associated with the organization for the past decade. As Administration Manager of North Indian centers, his key responsibly is to maintain facility and vendor management. His strength lies in delivering the maximum output with minimum resources, cost effectively. He has played key role in setting up all the facilities of North Zone. 

  • Kanika Parashar

    Asst. Manager HR

    Kanika has 7 years of extensive experience in various HR verticals, while specializing in Recruitment and ER. She has worked in diverse sectors like Education and Manufacturing, with BPOs like SERCO, AHA. She is a great team player and her strength is optimization of the available resources.

    Over the 12 months that she has been a part of 1POINT1, she has dedicatedly displayed ethical management and ensured speedy closures of ongoing issues, while maintaining a high standard of quality. She has led her HR Team with enthusiasm and driven them to push their limits and achieve their goals.

    She aims to ensure that the organization keeps exceeding its goal and sets a benchmark for BPO industry.

  • Nandha Kumar

    HR Generalist

    As the HR Generalist for Bangalore, Nandha has been managing central HR activities since 2012. With over 8 years of experience in HR and Operations, he plays an influential role in the organization. His responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, payroll, handling accounts and finance, conducting ER activities and facilitating administration.

    He has had a successful journey in the organization for the past 2 years and has spurred the development of the Bangalore center.
