Functional Skills
- Should have an excellent understanding of the Domestic BPO hiring. Must have relevant and essential experience in the bulk hiring.
- Should have done bulk hiring for Telecom, BFSI and other sectors, like Retail, E-Commerce etc in Mumbai/ other locations.
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
- 6. Ability to hire 500+ candidates per month with little or no support from vendors.
QUALIFICATION
Essential: Graduate Degree
Desirable: MBA
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5-10 years of total experience in Bulk/BPO hiring.
• Shall be currently working as Assistant Manager/ Manager - Hiring
